Covid19 : The 3 R, Response, Recovery and Resilience by Sabri BOUBAKER (PhD), Professor of Finance (in English)
“Covid–19 has brought unprecedented tragic consequences for individuals and companies alike. Since the outbreak of this pandemic, all countries have been struggling to maintain a difficult balance between economic losses and their citizens’ health safety. Governments adopted exceptional monetary and fiscal stimulus packages as a response to revitalizing inflicted economies. The way out of the crisis seems to primarily depend on the efficacy of new vaccines and the ability to control the virus new variants. Companies do not seem to be equally-resilient and recovery will not be a smooth ride for all countries.“
